What's so attractive about girls who play dumb?

Question

I notice the girls who play dumb get lots of attention from guys and get asked out a lot.I am attractive and so are the girls in my group of friends,but they play dumb around guys and get all of the attention.Guys will either ignore me or befriend me so I do kind of want to start playing dumb,only because being the smart one never gets you anywhere or anywhere with guys.

So I'm wondering why do guys get more attracted to girls who play dumb or who are dumb?

Guys want to be smarter. The want to know that a women is below them in any way/shape/form. So, that's why they say 'ugly smart' girl rather than leave it at smart. It's a guy thing that most girls don't understand or won't accept.

Being a smart girl will get a real husband. A hard working one if you don't settle. Hell, it'll get you better relationships-- mainly because you aren't thier stepping stool to get to the sh*tter. Girls are supposed to be dumb to most guys.. Mainly because they aren't smart themselves..

Don't change for a dumb deadbeat guy. Wait for a sexy, classy smart one.

you can say whatever you like to them and they believe you

they don` t have 2 brain cells to rub together and therefore are not a danger of putting any one down with their intelligence.

Guys don` t like competition from girls, they like them to be submissive and who better to be submissive than dumb girls.

I` ll happily take any down votes on this.

Sometimes when I act dumb with my boyfriend he gets upset because he just wants to have a good conversation with me. I'd honestly say I'm cute, but in my opinion because of this experience, I'd say they go by looks AT FIRST but if you have no personality a relationship goes nowhere.

The girls who "play dumb" or who happen to be dumb tend to be the most attractive,outgoing,funny and fun to be around."smart girls" tend to be quiet,shy and have huge personality flaws.I think it's dumb that people go around telling girls that personality is the most important because it isn't,especially for guys.Sounds to me like you're jealous,plus you're a girl,what guys like isn't going to exactly attract you

Guys are visual so we are automatically attracted to the attractive women.Plus,it can be cute when a girl plays dumb.An attractive dumb girl will always be chosen over an ugly smart girl...maybe you're not attractive as you say you are

Physical appearance is the most important thing for men.girls and guys are different,girls are emotional,guys are visual.We go for girls who are attractive regardless of her personality and girls go for guys with personality.It's nothing personal
