Is it true that if someone's feet are pointing towards you when you're standing in a group, they like you?

I don't think it's quite that straightforward.

I believe the idea is that if their feet (one or both) are pointed AWAY from you, it means they're uninterested in either you or the conversation (as in, their feet are pointing elsewhere to indicate they want to leave). If their feet are pointing toward you, it means they're usually more engaged in the conversation.

if you see consistency of him pointing to you in general, like entire body then it can be a sign...but certainly not a one time thing...it can just be a coincidence

Could be a coincidence but yes it can be a sign of subconscious interest and attraction.
