Some additional context is that she gave me her snap and number the week before, she playfully makes fun of me, and seems excited to see me

How should I go about doing that, she's different than other girls I've been with in that, for some reason, I can't get over her, but whenever I'm about to tell her that she does or says something that makes me have doubts. For example, I invited her to hang out, come with to get a tattoo, etc. And she was "busy" all week, then I saw her at a high school speaking event where some alumni, like myself and her, talked to current students and she was by my side the whole time and hugged several times. I've never been someone to look into a hug or a girls actions but I've been crushing on this chick for almost a year now...
