I don't get much comfort from being the little spoon but I love being the bog spoon. My girlfriend and I both sleep naked so when we spoon, I feel her skin against mine. I reach around and can get one hand on both nipples. I just let my hand rest there and I call it "grabbing a handle" or "getting a BOGO!" Our legs get wrapped together, I whisper "I love you," and we go to sleep. It's perfect.

I'm going to say big spoon but usually we're either facing each other with our legs intertwined and arms holding each other or I'm on flat on my back and she's laying on her side with her head on my chest and one leg wrapped over my legs.

I wish I could make my boyfriend happy and be the big spoon. But he's taller and has a very broad shoulders and such. He's not fat but quite large as a person (Sort of like a hockey player) so I can't reach around him and feel comfortable. I'm also very tiny so we're basically each other's opposites
