Are Hispanics generally more intelligent than white people and less obsessed with skin color?

Almost every single Latina asks me or think I'm Dominican in which I'm half Dominican. I guess Im African American to white people I have dark skin. Not just Latinas. Arabs, and even a Iranian chick told me I don't look like black people

The Indian doctors I've seen (only 3 in my lifetime that I've went to) didn't even listen to me when I told them what I needed to be treated for. And degrees don't mean much. Look at how much of the world's inventions/discoveries/etc. were from Whites and Asians. The rest of the races combined wouldn't even add up to 1% of that of Whites and Asians accomplishments.

You believe the lie that they don't have the same opportunity. All the people started out the same but the others did very little until Whites brought their inventions and ideas to them. The others were around for many generations accomplishing almost nothing.
Even today Whites and Asians still come up with way more than all others. You wouldn't even have your computer/phone/tablet/internet/etc. to say this stuff without them.
