One of my female friends sends me the "😑" emoji from time to time when I send her a corny joke. I'm assuming that it's an unspoken "not funny, didn't laugh" can anyone confirm?

I use it in an unamused 'really?' context, or if they said something that'd make me sigh in real life, I'll also use it.
