Why is this shy guy rude to me but at the same time stares at me?

okay lets just say I'm kinda stright up when it comes to guys. basically there's this shy guy that I know friom class, he's differenti never spoke to him before so I decuded to speak to him. when I did it was going fine until I complimneted him big mistake lol now he ignores me looooool and once I asked him something and he was very rude towards me! but the thing is he stares like mad and when I become aware of it he looks away. erm why does he do this shy guys help me out.

if your really hot or cute, he may be thinking you were joking when you complimented him, some peeps find it hard to take someone saying something nice to then.. take me for example, the other day a guy at the bus stop said I had nice trainers on... so I shot him! ... nah jk, but seriously if your really bothered about this guy talk to him when your alone and say you meant what you said and you werent teasing him... if he still can't take the compliment, tell him to cram it up his ass!... then shoot him! lol :)

i don't feel like approachin him again cos I think he might actually shoot me lol but seriously he really didn't seem nice the last time I tried so I don't know how to talk to him now and its slightly embarrassing it feels like a rejection loool I have been told I'm cute but not intimidatingly I don't know wats his problem

Shy guys can be awkward socially. You have to ignore the rude comment -- it's a defensive mechanism (for those who are shy). He'll get over it.

I had the same problem . . I'm one of thoses out there people and for shy people to talk to us is hard they can't understand how bubbly people can be like that . .so I'm guessing that he's actually wants to talk to you and by him being rude is just him being annoyed with him self cos he wants be the person able to talk to to you but he just dosnt know how to :D

hey thanks for replyin! I hope so I was taken back by his rudeness I only approached him again cos he was straing so I thought may be he wanted me to approach him as soon as I did I got shot dwn loooool I jus thought how weird is that lol

Dont worry about it it if this is anything like mine experince he's just so mad with him self and has never had so much atentio from one person before . . trust me when he gets comfy around you ull be praying for the shyness to come back . .but just wait and let him do the talking next time cos he will tust me! ;) x
