Yes but it’s been for an entire week. Maybe she is genuinely busy with it and relationships aren’t important to her until she’s finished with it, maybe it’s to do with the repetitiveness of texting during lockdown that’s having her not keen on communication at the moment. I will give her space and assume that she will keep her word and text me when she’s not busy

It could also be a combination of things. She’s busy, forgotten to message you, thought she did when she didn’t, the list goes on. If she didn’t care then she wouldn’t bother apologizing at all though, so there’s that.
