What are some signs that I’m friend zoned, and do these fit the bill?

We've gone from talking a couple times a day, 5-6 days a week, to every few days with sporadic texting between. She left me on read after an awkward phone convo for two das. It was a normal call but ended up weirdly, but I got a "you're too sweet cato4797" after apologizing for it. At one point in the conversation (in which I said the thing I apologized for) I got a your "your kind of a badass Cato4797 when talking about a big project I'm working on.

We had been joking around quite a bit about her coming and hanging out (she was going to drive for two days to be with family, and I am right in the middle of the drive) and went I made it clear I was actually serious she was like "wow I'm really honored Cato” but after telling me she might go with a friend she never got back to me.

Yesterday I mentioned I was super tired, and when I said it was because I’ve been packing meals for MOW, all I got was “you’re such a Good Samaritan Cato a day later.

Should I maybe just tell her I like next time we talk on the phone and see what happens? She doesn’t answer texts or snaps as quickly... or should I just factor in the pandemic, her drive and a shit job that expects high metric

How long have you been talking with her? You met online, right? It's never 100% safe for a girl to finally meet a guy in person, don't forget that.

I would say you should factor in the pandemic, for sure. She is going to visit her parents , any extra stop increases the risk of her picking the virus and taking it straight to her parents. If she's been at stuck at home , it wouldn't be very smart to just throw that effort away by having unnecessary stops.
Sorry, seems I being against you, but is just what I would do.. and this doesn't she's not interested in you! Just that she has other priority now..

No we’re former coworkers - we met at a huge convention and partied and hung out in a group of 4 two nights in a row and then the last morning, but I do see your point. That weekend (end of feb) also coincided with me leaving that job. In this case though we’re not total strangers.
You’re right about the parents part too - I hadn’t considered that (although she’s going to visit her brother not her parents :p). Thanks for the advice though!!!

Oh and we’ve been acquaintances since September and talking since end of February, and we have mutual friends.

She'll tell you if you ask her out. She may not fully realize how much you like her.
