Should I call CPS (child protection services) FOR THIS?

I have known this girl since we at high school..(our fathers are best friends)
She allows her boyfriend whom she been dating for three years to rub her and her kids feet... Now he can rub her feet its cool... but... there's a But.. she lets and boyfriEND to rub her sevwn year old sons feet. ... I have spoken to her about that telling her that it's wrong.. but she feels that its innocent..
I am worried about both her and the kid.. that she might lose her child if the local authorities find out.. am I overreacting or should i call cps? I so much want to be the loyal type of friend to her... But not at the expense of the kid. What do I do?

You’re overreacting. No i get it... you being safe. Totally understandable. But you know your friend right? I doubt she will allow any harm to come to her kid. But if you feeling uneasy, just look out for other signs. For now, the authorities will not do much as its not substantial enough

Besides she is a family friend I can't do that... yiu know how it us with family friends they almost kike a persons family in a sense

The kid is fine tho happy jolly... but there's two definitions of sentual... wjich sentual are yiu referring to exactly sensual in a lustful way or sentual in a gratification (non lustful) way? I dont want to pin blames on anyone... Maybe it is not even as bad as i assume
