Why do most women believe, that they are gods personal gift on earth?

Not all women but they receive attention from 100s of desperate loser quality guys and that makes them think, that they are gods gift and men would be lining up to them.

This makes good women with good hearts a real rarity.

It is until they age like milk, that they suddenly realize, that the lining up of "men" thins out very fast for them and they have no redeeming qualities now and not before that either (besides beauty & being an eye candy).

Probably a shitty upbringing. I can't stand when moms with little girls go on and on endlessly about how pretty their daughter is but nothing else. Is she kind? Smart? Athletic? A math wiz? Too many women are taught that all of their value lies in their looks, so why develop anything else?
