She's either an attention whore, that is subtly trying to brag to you about it and how popular she is 🙄
Basically she wants to make you jealous.

Or she genuinely wants your input or expects you to be happy for her.

I don't blame you- I'd change the subject, or tell her you don't want to hear about it. If she keeps talking about it? Avoid her- then she'll get the hint.

Cause it’s fun stories and she wants to share it with her friend. I thought that’s what girl friends do. Me and my friends used to gossip about boys all the time. If you really don’t want to hear about it why don’t you just tell her that.

It is a humble brag to 'one up' you when it comes to men and her attractiveness to the opposite sex.

To stop it say something like "Well, I have a habit of saying no to strangers so they stopped asking me."
