Those among us who are at least minimally mature know what it is, how it works, and that it is, at it’s very best, an inconvenience that women deal with every month.
Those of us who’ve matured a bit beyond that refrain from making inappropriate comments, don’t mind running out to buy products to help our female relatives, friends, and lovers when the need arises, and will be discrete about blood-stained sheets, and quietly tell (and help) a woman if we notice that she’s bled through her clothes.
At the next level are guys who’ll go out of their way to be sweet; perhaps getting a couple ibuprofen tablets or glass of wine for a woman to whom they are close.
When you have an intimate relationship with a woman, you can offer your hand as a heating pad or even massage her lower abdomen to relieve cramps. If she suggests it, you might even agree to sex, because, after all, it’s only blood, which acts as additional lubricant, and can relieve cramps like nothing else. But you don’t suggest it yourself unless you know she’s into it, because that might be the furthest thing from her mind when she feels like crap.

Guys have all kinds of reactions and thoughts mainly because women have all kinds of reactions and thoughts. Personally I still am curious about periods and like to ask to learn how they affect the individual who has them. I want her to not be in pain, have learned how to massage to lesson that pain, and enjoy sex also to relieve tension and pain. I know periods are rarely the same and have seen cases where they have diverse affects.
My boyfriend is actually fine with it, pretty mature for a 19 year old.

During a menstrual period, the uterus contracts to help expel its lining. Hormone-like substances (prostaglandins) involved in pain and inflammation trigger these uterine muscle contractions. Higher levels of prostaglandins are associated with more severe menstrual cramps/contractions.Lmao @ the summary just getting cut off mid thought
From the sound of them, I really don't like that one sex just has this monthly pain they can't really alleviate. I strongly believe in fairness, but it's not fair that they didn't choose this life and yet they can't control the fact that they're in pain.I think of it like changing oil in your car is it something that needs to happen to keep things running
I have no idea. We can't experience that. Is it painful?
