Pushy female neighbour?

Hi my boyfriend lives next to a married couple, however the woman seems to have taken a fancy to my boyfriend. She friend requested him on Facebook and immediately was liking every post or photo he put on. After a while I told him it seemed weird. It made me feel uncomfortable so he removed her as a friend. However literally within a day she’s friend requested him again. She has nearly two hundred Facebook friends so to do this and observe he’s gone off her list she obviously is checking him out daily. He felt he had to accept the request so not to make it awkward. We’ve set his privacy controls to more private so not to invade him and us.
does anyone think this behaviour is a bit weird? Especially since she is married, and also friend requesting again within a day? Why would she do this? I trust my boyfriend but I’m finding her interest too unsettling.

Reminds me of a woman at the gym me and use to use. A woman three doors down used the same.
