Neighbour girl?

This girl in her 20s is my neighbour and I don’t talk to her at all, all I do is stay inside my home. She comes outside when my boyfriend comes outside all the time and today when my boyfriend was at work she shut our power off I saw her with her friend ofc I went outside and looked and saw her and her friend run inside giggling? I’m really confused as to why she would do something like this? Why she is trying to attack me?

I think this is only something she can really answer.. Maybe she is envious of you because of your boyfriend.. Maybe she doesn't like you guys relationship, or maybe some worse..

Um yeah she is, why would she do it to me when my boyfriend isn’t around. It’s sly and she knows it’s not appropriate. Trying to attack someone else’s relationship is bad enough and then attacking me personally about my own boyfriend is weird.
