During covid it became mandatory to stay at home. So I am student who was preparing for competitive exams and 17 y old then. I used to study in my balcony during evenings. I was living in that building since 5 years then. I first saw him during covid. He used to walk on his terrace and he is really handsome. He is definitely 10-15 elder than me. He used to stare at me during evenings and during peak covid times started to stare from morning to night. During nights he used to watch me when I am studying. At beginning i wasn't thinking about him but later as this peaked i couldn't stop thinking about him. I know his insta I'd, mobile no. too. Now after two years since offline classes started i came to my college. I feel like I am missing him. Shall I message him? I feel different because when I go home i feel awkward by seeing him if i message him now. What should i do? How to stop thinking about him?

Kinda creepy if you were underage. Though in fairness, it can be hard to tell a person's age if they are physically developed (at least at range). I'd just keep my wits about me, just because he's good looking doesn't mean he's not a potential threat. But more than likely you'll be fine and nothing will come of this.
