Why is my neighbour so nosey?

So I don't date a lot, and I'm 30 now, and I have a boyfriend (my last boyfriend was over 6 years ago and I never brought him to the house. Anyways my new boyfriend he dropped me off and we kissed goodbye and I was getting out the car and my neighbour literally ran outside breaking her neck to see my boyfriend in the car, it was really embarrassing
