Girls, Would you rather expose yourself and pee in public, or wet yourself?

So. I was on a night out with a girl once. It was quite a while back. She was walking home with me absolutely bursting to pee. She point blank refused to squat and pee somewhere. It wasn't until she actually started peeing her panties did she quickly drop to a squat and pull them aside.
She managed to save her ankle boots from getting soaked, and managed to keep her skirt out the way, but her panties were drenched.
