How to girls truly feel about being ignored. Will pulling back help?

There’s this girl who snapchatted me “I’ve always wanted to fuck you 👅👅” and we’ve exchanged nudes multiple times. She gets very sexual with me. I told her to come over a week after that snap, but she had a true and valid reason why she couldn’t.

She snapchats me first everyday, but she hasn’t reciprocated that “let’s meet up sometime” energy. (And don’t give me any “then she might not be into you” bullshit. I know she wants to fuck. I’m a very good looking guy, she’s just playing stupid little games)

Should I start to pullback by gradually ignoring her? I really want to fuck her, but I’m not going to be her little attention buddy. I want her to see that I’m not with the games and that I’m perfectly fine with walking away if she doesn’t start to act on her word.
