What are women thinking when they stare at you from across the room without smiling?

I’ve seen this question asked towards guys but, I’ve seen women do this a lot.

What is the reason for them stealing glances? And then when they get caught they look away?

I think oh he good looking male, why do guys think that’s attractive fill in the blank, I wonder if he is a Christian should I approach him, he has really nice eyebrows, or just glancing at someone you are acknowledging them don’t want to make them think anything so you just look at them with no emotion. Want to be mysterious, or unpredictable. Some people are zoned out or thinking about something else. Honestly it doesn’t really mean anything. If it’s constant or staring down then I would think twice about it. If they are okay, if they think your attractive, if they are just being weird.
