Girls, Should I write her a letter?

Hi guys I need your opinion pls.
Okay so I met this girl about 2 months ago in the hospital she's working there first time saw her we had like eye contact and honestly both couldn't keep eye contact it was obvious she feel something when she smiled with shy and I felt something too but I wasn't in good situation for eye contacts or love as I was in hospital.

So today I had to go there to get some papers from there and she was there asked her for paper and again she smiled and we had eye contact and I feel I have to take a step but I'm worried honestly as I think she's acting like that because she's working in hospital and she must act like that because it's part of her job I also feel I saw her in somewhere but don't know where
I believe we like each other

I don't really know what more to say.. I was always feeling bad in that hospital but when seeing you things becomes different...

I wanted to say these things to you but I can't say all that at your work place and it's kinda difficult... Probably

I was confused to write or not... my heart say yes mind say no... Who knows what would happen... But I think it's worth to write and I don't find a reason to not write.

Writing a letter is still the better option rather that to stalk her or wait for her shift to be finished and trying to catch her attention when she leave her working place.

Now, how do you intend to give her this letter?

1. Send it to her home address or
2. Hand it to her at the hospital

If you send it to her home address, then she realizes that you know her address. How would you know her address? Because you followed her and that is not only stalking but creepy and a total red flag.

If you hand it to her at the hospital, then it is also some kind of stalking because you really don't know her schedule unless you have observed her.

However, the second option is still better than the first one. I personally would not like to receive a letter from a person other than a thank you note for a job well done.

Furthermore, she would probably have access to your phone number through your hospital file where your data is recorded.
