If your wife admitted to a one night stand then that means she had an ongoing sexual relationship, most certainly. Coworkers just don't have one night stands and then keep on working like nothing happened.

If I were you and have kids with that woman, I would check for the relatedness of the kids to myself.

You are not entitled to mimic bad behavior. If this happened before you were married then get over it and move on. If she did this after you got married you are entitled to an apology and if it only happened once and it was ten years ago and you've gotten along well since then you need to forgive unless you just don't want to be with her any more.
