Good looking is subjective. What one woman finds good looking I might find hideous. If a woman is attracted to a man she then he will catch her eye regardless of the setting just as a woman who is attractive to a male may catch a man’s eye but normal people don’t really harass people in public so they will not act upon the attraction. They’ll probably just think someone is handsome or pretty in their heads but never greet or speak to the person.

On my way to school I often saw this boy I thought was very good looking for a while but throughout the five years I never spoke to him because it would be weird to just approach a stranger like that in the street.

Yes! I think the ones of us who do are just very subtle about it.
If it's outside and I'm wearing sunglasses, I will look.
Inside, no glasses, I'll glance, but then look away. So they will see a look, but not know just how impressed I might be. It looks like a quick check-out, only.
When I was single in my twenties, I'd do multiple looks. If they're interested, they might do the same. If I was feeling atypically bold, and really wanted more, I'd elongate them.

Yes I usually pass a lot of good looking men every time I go outside. I’m really sneaky about it though, I’ll just give them a glance because I’m shy & also wouldn’t want to make them uncomfortable by staring.

Yes, 100% absolutely. However, my type is hard to define. Someone will just catch my eye because he's got a certain je ne sais quoi. It could be something about his face, his body type, how healthy he looks, the way he is put together, etc. There is no one archetype for me. It's just, am I attracted to him or not?

It's not like, huge muscles equals good looking or tall equals good looking. Not at all. It's about an indefinable element about the person.
