Hormones do play a huge part in our moods, BUT thats no excuse to be a severe bitch through your entire period, yes there are going to be mood swings but there's no reason to be a bitch all the time.. my step mom does this crap all the time and its so annoying... she's has no right to be like that.. its not fair for anyone

Well hormones actually affect mood and health. Similar to how testosterone can be used to explain aggression or whatever, periods can cause moodswings or severe pain
