Why do some women use their periods as a excuse to treat you bad?

I agree with what you say, it shouldn’t be an excuse to mistreat a partner. Personally, I always tell him “babe, I’m on my period, please have some patience with me, if I get easily irritated, it’s not you…it’s me” he laughs and says “I got you”, he doesn’t take me personal because I try to communicate with love and respect in the best possible way with him.

No man should take abuse or disrespect. The moment the bridge of respect and consideration is broken, everything else falls apart. The best way is to acknowledge the situation and let her know what you think of her ways and find solutions to make it better. If she loves you and respects you, she will take your opinion and work it out. If not, then you can walk out too.
