Have you ever used your period as an excuse for anything?

Lmaoo I did use it as an excuse here and there ngl.
I used it sometimes for sport classes in school and later when I wanted a day off at work and had to ask my doctor for a certificate of incapacity for work (here you can't just not show up, I need an approval of a doctor )

It is pretty unfair for the men tho! We should definitely acknowledge that but honestly life isn't fair and I'm not a fool

yep i said i was on time month each time when is PE and after college got a lot more heavy bleeding , missing days off works becuas I didn't like the job and find very toxic. then i got a verbal bully at the same job. bleed through all pads. kept chaning them. one doctor did a blood test and the same doctor give Tranexamic acid but is did get even more heavy. went to diffenent doctor and put me on birth control pill. i stop talking Tranexamic acid but i think i on mini pill with two hormones.

My first boyfriend at 14 pressured me into having a lot of sex at 15/16 if i wanted to “keep him” and not have him seek it from someone else. I was very in love and naive. Bt i would lie two weeks a month thatbmy period was on. So even though it lasts 7 days, i’d say it was on two weeks a month to get out of sex

No. I've cited it as a reason why I wasn't giving 100% but I've never used it as an excuse to get out of something.

For example, I've said that my goal was to accomplish X, Y, and Z for the day, but if it's particularly bad, I might just accomplish X and Y but an attempt was made lol

The side effects often make legitimate reasons for not being able to do something. Never used a “period” itself as an excuse.

I don't see it as an excuse I see it as a right that every girl has. We are literally bleeding, bloated and having cramps. You should be able to take a day off and rest without judgment.

I used it as an excuse to get free pads at work instead of buying my own and I used it to get out of exercising when my parents told me I needed to work out.

Not intentionally. But there were times when I was in a lot of pain or heavy bleeding and needed to be at home or somewhere where I could deal with it.
