█ Anyways today on her day off she came in to the Cafe for about 2 minutes or less to check something - She came in, I said "Hey" and straight off said to me - "I haven't got time to watch it yet" and I was like " Yeah that's okay" - didn't say Hi or Bye - Like WTF?
█ Her work college said "Hey Sarah" and she kinda laughed/giggled and said Hi to him and left... Like WTF? Any advice would be great thanks

She's given you the facts, and either you ask for your stick back and chalk it up to she's not interested, because it doesn't seem she is, in the movie OR the fact that you so kindly lent her the stick.
This girl is a stranger. You don't know her. You've never spoken to her, except to have her give you coffee or a sandwich. I assume you're thinking this will give you an entree' to a date. From her cavalier manner, seems like she gets freebies regularly.
Don't cast your pearls before swine, as Jesus would say. Be more circumspect. KNOW who you're lending your movie stick to. ASK for a date first. Talk to the woman. Find out if she loves movies and makes watching them a priority.
She might be in school, or have a second job. You have no idea how she's living.
Next time you see her working, ask her for the stick. I'm sure she'll shrug and say "Thanks! I couldn't get around to it. It was nice of you, though!" She'll flash a big smile and that'll be the end of it.
She likely gets propositioned daily. Offered dates, etc. A coffee shop barista is about the worst person to try to date. She sees everybody and has her pick. Look in more fertile ground. Ask friends. Find people doing things you enjoy at meetups. Chat people up at a concert, the park, an amusement park.
First of all, unholy is a horrible disrespectful movie on our sweet mother, it should not be out. Secondly I think you like her so it seemed rude, she is in fact rude yes but try speaking to her again and see what happens, if she's rude again, ask for your stuff back and never talk to her again.
It is as clear as day. She is not interested in you. Of course, if you offer to give her something she wants or needs she will take it. That is what almost all women do. My advice is to look for a less attractive girl that might actually want a relationship with you. That is not her, because she is setting her sights on guys hotter than you that will fuck her.
She was merely anticipating your question "how did you like the movie" and was probably very busy. "hi" and "bye" probably seemed superfluous at that point.
What for reaction did you expect? Consider that people working in cafes and bars are sometimes flirty to lure customers and maybe you're misinterpreting something wrong.
Ok that was rude, maybe she's not into you, but even if she wasn't she shouldn't have acted like that... If I were you I wouldn't think about understanding her I would just dump her.
