So i am 22m in a situationship with 19f at my wokrplace for a few months it just feels like a friendship with sexual tension and tons of flirting.
So this girl at my workplace we have a really good connection at the office we always know what the other one thinks , crossing eyesights from time to time laughing from private jokes sharing stuff with each other touching eachother and more.
Plus we always texting eachother on the phone sending reels , memes, photos and voice recondings.
She sometimes send me a voice recordings telling me something that happend to her and that this thing remainded her of me or something like that.
Sending me photos of what she is eating, at parties, with her girlsfriends and more.
Lately for the last month and a half it started to feel like at the office she is kinda hot and cold towrds me but more cold. When we talk the conversation is not as easy going as it was. I feel distant from her at the office. She showes others a lot of affection and talks to them easily i guess and i feel left out. Our convos used to be like that and much more.
But on the other hand she is telling me i am not giving her enough attention. But when i do give her its like i dont get her full attention. And she gets jelous when i give other girls attention.
On top of that she lately sometimes sends me relationship reels that mentions the word boyfriend or some sort of couples reels.
I really can't understand her at all what is going on? And what she wants?
Maybe i hurted her in some way or maybe did i do something wrong?
