      Never easy. Understand it takes time. While noticeable progress can be made overnight, it generally doesn't last. And an issue like this? A "quick fix" will do nothing
      First and foremost, make a list. Of everything you love. Hold nothing back. Hobbies, people, jobs, tasks, whatever. Then make a list of everything you do that you believe holds you back.
      Seek to do the things you enjoy before the things holding you back. Fill your time with that which you must do, and that which you love. Never a dull moment. Focus as much of your idle energy as you possibly can on your passions & hobbies. These are the things that make the tragedy that life can be, bearable. These things bring you joy.

      Next, set sone goals. Keep them small first. I'm talkin small, attainable goals. Make your bed, do your laundry. Write these down, check then off as you go. This may sound silly, but as you set goals and accomplish them, you begin to have faith in your own competance. As your faith in your competance grows, your confidence grows along with it. You start to believe in yourself.

      You now have a life of joy, purpose, and a confidence that you can follow through what you set your mind to. Now is the hard part, rid yourself of any remaining idle time, because that is where the negative thoughts come from. I imagine you may think poorly of your body, as that is often a source of low self-esteem. Assumption on my part, so forgive me if this si not true. The soltuion though? Diet and exercise.

      The order is not really all that important. But I gave three visions to accomplish, fill your time with what you love and provides steucture to your life. Set goals, grow them over time, as you accomplish them, your belief in yourself will build. Eat healthy, act healthy, be healthy.

      On a final note, look into the mind body feedback loop. Stand tall today Protein_mate, it has a greater effevt on your mood than you may think. I believe in you!.
