Girls, What do you do when you start liking a guy you've known for a while and spoken to him heaps?

This girl i work with has become shy/nervous with me for no reason. She has no reason to be like this towards me. But when we talk it seems slightly awkward. But she has given me a certain look she doesn't give anyone else. This look she has given me is like a smile but her eyes seem to soften. It makes her look more attractive.

Maybe she has started to find you more attractive and is paying more attention to you cause she sees you in a romantic way. But they and slowly find out. Don't pop the question if she is nervous around you. If you find her attractive or you have an eye on her. Maybe ask her to get coffee or something. But other wise don't act like you are investigating her if she might like you. That will make her more nervous. Just be you around her and ask her out maybe.

My mate was talking to her and he said as I walked pasted her eyes started focusing on me. When I walked past her eyes just followed me. She also got a little sad when she thought I had left my job the other week. I wasn't there but one of my friends observed her reaction and she went all quiet and stared at the floor. Then my friend clarified to her by saying to her "it's not the Andrew you are thinking of who left" her reaction was a relieved tone

When a I talk to her she plays with her ponytail and is lightly stroking the side of her neck. She also seems to put herself in my line of sight a lot and trys to gain my attention by walking randomly between myself and another girl when I talk to that girl.

Lastly my mate was talking to her and he noticed her eyes watched me as I walked past. Her eyes took focus on their conversation and started focusing on me as I walked past
