Guys, A person I'm getting to know?

There is this guy I'm getting to know he hasn't said anything yet we just talk like friends but continuously sends me videos of himself singing love songs, he even made a song for me there are times when I don't hear from him but he will unexpectedly send me a picture or a video of where he is or what he is doing or even call me on video. There is one time he called me and while talking he told me about his job and said I should be patient and he will make me the happiest girl I don't know if he likes me can u guys help me because I don't have experience when it comes to this stuffs.
