A girl who blocked me found me on tinder and super liked me, what do I do?

So earlier this year we were following each other on instagram, we were chatting but not much was going on. She wanted to meet up but I was a bit hesitant. One day I realised she unfollowed me on instagram.

5 months has gone by and she has just super liked me on tinder, I liked her back, and she has messaged me asking how I have been?

What do I do? What is she doing? Do I ignore her?

That seems like someone who is playing games to me. Perhaps if it was just an unfollow it may have been an accident or her cleaning out her friends list of people she doesn't regularly talk to in order to make her profile accessible to family and close friends only (or maybe she assumed you weren't interested), but if she blocked, that sends extremely mixed signals in my opinion. I've dealt with the "seems like they like you one day, then blocks you the next" type and they're not worth anyone's time.
