It can go both ways.. if outgoing is more likely to just start chatting, but shy if if you have a mutual interest and see each other doing the same thing it can easier to get to know..
I don't do well either in club situation even if I got encouragement to go talk to girls from friends you look fine doesn't mean you don't have fun side and something wrong

A mix of both like shy around most people but outgoing with me cause I like to go out a lot

Decent guys, don't like sluts nor do we like crazy chics.
