Is she interested or just busy?

So i found a friend from 4 years back, on tinder. but i decided so send her a text on messenger since we are friends on facebook. i started slow, saying hi and she replied almost instantly, asked normal questions like long time no see, how are you doing and what are you doing lately. she looked happy when answering me with emojis and stuff. i wanted to build up the convo to ask her out for coffee. she often replied pretty quickly, and i did almost the same, i couldn't answer too quickly since i was at work. but the last question i sent she never answered, she hasn't even seen it and its been 4 hours now, and i have seen her online many many times since. (i know 4 hrs isn't much but we had a conversation going) i'm so confused, and i haven't asked her for coffee yet either.

she said that she lived in a different city for 3 years but moved back to her hometown 1 years ago. so i said how good it was that she moved back (because its her favorite city) and i asked her what she did in the other city for 3 years

Ok, that is odd then. Nothing wrong with that question and perfectly normal. Could she just be busy and although you see she has been on it was just a quick check?

By your description doesn’t sound like there should be any reason for you to worry. Maybe give it a bit more time and then say “hey, I’m off in a bit. Care to grab a coffee sometime?”. Nothing wrong with that.

ye i want thinking on giving her a day to reply. she likes horses and the message right before my description we talked about where she keeps her horse. so i thought maybe i was gonna mention something about horses to get some good attention and then maybe jump the question like "hey, how would you like to meet up for a coffee and catch up?"

so still at 11am no reply, i messaged her again they way i said i would. a few minutes later she replied "oh, i thought i replied" and then answered my question. i waited 15min to answer again and then i said something more and then she replied instantly. 1min later i answered and so popped the question like "what do you say about meeting up over a coffee or something soon?" and now its been 3hrs and again she hasn't opened my message but been online multiple times.. i think im gonna take the hint and not waste my time haha

sorry to disappoint you haha, guess i had my expectations too high, since i haven't seen or talked to her for 4 years. i know i would at least have been happy if a girl from years back who i had a good tone with suddenly messaged me.
funny tho you are the same age as her
ill will at least update if she replies, which i really hope cause she was super sweet when i met her and she is the cutest girl i have ever seen.

Nothing else, clearly she ain't interested haha. Why can't girls just reject honestly. Just say you're not interested 😂

sure but tbh i think she is way busy for that from what i know of how her days are, she got horses so she has to spend time with them a lot, and she works as a nurse in night shifts. but ofcourse, can't be too sure. and even if she was with someone else today, i can't really be upset about it haha

If you mean flush by having money, im not exacly rich no. I do rent an apartment and own 2 cars but im usually broke by the end of the month but i save a lot of money to buy a house. I dont think she bought the horse herself. And i dont mind horses, i love animals in general. I got some replies today and asked the question so now im just waiting for a reply
