My Mom told me no because she didn’t want me to go to a party we’re there could be drinking or where anything else bad or dangerous could happen. I went anyway and I came home late that night and went to bed and assumed I got away with it. The next day my Mom told me she saw me sneak back in and saw were I was with the tracking app on her phone. Well, it depends on the laws that have been enacted in your state... if corporal punishment is illegal then you can call child protective services and be removed from the danger imposed by your mother. You can also sue her for damages and file criminal charges against her. She could end up doing some serious time in prison for what she did to you.

Sounds like your mom is afraid of you growing up. It's normal teenage behavior and she should not have hit you or spanked you like a child, unless you insulted or hit her.
