there's this girl who rejected me want to just be freinds which I'm ok with just being freinds. she recently got into a relationship but dosent tell him that we are hanging out. She will tell him she's with someone but won't say name or mention that I'm a guy. Why would she do this?

Seems obvious. She doesn't tell him because she thinks he would object.

My question is this? Why are you still hanging out with her? Do you think she's going to change her mind and realize it's you she really wants? Take all that time to go make friends with other women.

Because she knows the friendship is wrong because you had romantic feelings for her. I used to keep guy around like this in my life for validation reasons and not for actual friendships. I wouldn’t say she’s cheating on her boyfriend , but she is damn near close.

I would definitely take this as a red flag. You may also be involving yourself in unnecessary drama with her boyfriend. Not worth it
