What does it mean when you approach a girl, have a nice conversation with her, and some light flirting, but then you ask a question that she can't answer honestly without revealing she's committed?

love it how guys think they know what girls are thinking lol I think that she may not be telling you because she may be shy in this area and as bad as it sounds she is probably hoping that you will realise that she is interested without her having to tell you I no that sounds almist impossible to do anyways hope that helped that's just what would be happening if it was me :)
It means she probably enjoys the good vibes/feelings she's getting while talking with you and is having trouble dealing with the moral, obligatory, etc. walls which should prevent that goodness from escalating.
If a girl doesn't tell you that she has a boyfriend that means in her eyes you could be her next bf. It is kind of a compliment. It just means she is trying to come across as available to you
