I like a girl who's in a friend group of 3 girls. I thought I'd ask one of the other girls if the girl I like ever said anything about me. She said that the girl I like had not said anything about me and tried to dissuade me from asking her out. However, I noticed later on that the girl I asked for advice from got jealous over another of her friends when she kissed a guy she herself had kissed some time before. I asked her why it mattered, especially if she didn't even like the guy to begin with. Her reply was 'because I'm a girl.'
