Why do girls get jealous of their friends?

My whole life I’ve had friends and people tell me I’m beautiful but then seemingly do things to put me down afterwards. Everytime I have a female friend I can always feel jealousy through actions towards me. Why can’t our friendship be based on the bond and not looks just because they feel inferior to my looks. I’m an insecure, quiet person and I show it so it’s not like I rub it in their face or attention seek

You are FRIENDS with the wrong kind of people. Period. Find new friends. They are not your friends. They just want to use you and your part of their entertainment. True friends are not that. Trust me. I had friends like that, and they were removed from my life. There are better friends out there, trust that you will find those friends. But until you get rid of these, the ones who would love you cannot enter. Make some space for the right people in your life. Just be yourself, and don't be afraid to be alone for a while. That's how I made mine that lasted for decades. If you can feel it, trust your gut! Don't be around people who don't make you feel good on the inside. You have something they don't, and it's not your looks. It's your pure heart.
