Like, if a guy likes a girl and shows his friends the girl, and the friends began liking the girl, do they get jealous or do guys not care about stuff like that?
It kind of depends if I think he has good motives or not. No I don't get jealous because I know who I am and what I'm worth. If she chooses him over me that's her mistake. Only made double worse if he has sleazy motives. But like I say, that's a "IF". If I only really like her and I feel he has deeper feelings then I'm definitely not going to get jealous. In fact I'm probably going to get out of the way.
You know all this is a one sided question and it all has equally as much to do with how much she likes you or him. I don't typically chase women. So odds are if I'm showing any kind of interest in a woman it's just reciprocation to what she's already showed me.
And reading your question again if I feel she's pitting me against another guy she's going to see me telling the other guy "you can have her". I don't play that s***. I don't mind competition. I don't like manufactured competition.

If your friend starts chasing the same girl after you show her to him, then that's a shitty friend.
If you show your friend the girl you like and he also happens to like her too, then that's a fair battle and whoever the girl likes most wins.
What Guys Said
Everyone likes to have unique taste and no one likes having to compete over someone. If the whole world is attracted to the same girl, then I think most guys wouldn't like that or try for that girl
Depends on the people involved. If you are actually boys you don't even think about a chick one of your boys is into.
It depends, etiquette would suggest who ever contacted the women first gets "dibs", but usually the woman will like one of them of the other, so that is generally who "wins".
I get pissed and move on if she goes for them
Oh, they can get jealous.
