A co worker of mine I've known for a month is acting hot and cold.
She started being all super social and flirty with me by saying good morning and farewell to me especially (she never does this with anyone).
She did the whole glancing at me and smiling whenever our eyes mean, complimenting me, being close, "accidentally" touching my hand and she still does some of this even though we don't know each other well. She even added me to her Instagram's "close friends" when most of her co workers who've known her for months didn't know she had one. She called me a Cute HR guy and God knows what else.
Recently, I asked her about the close friend thing and I casually replied "Am I a VIP now?". She was like "Something like that hhhhh".
After a week, I noticed she drew some paintings and asked her if she drew them. I responded by saying they're lit and she said I'm one of the kindest guys she's ever known and spammed me instantly with 2 more messages and emojis.
I'm a bit confused here. Does kind/nice= friend zone? Why's she sending conflicting signals even though we gaze at each other whenever we pass by each other? She treats me different than other guys but the whole kind/nice thing is confusing me...
