Things are more polarized. Just being healthy weight is "fatphobic" or even doctors weighing patients during checkups is somehow bad. So both the obese crowd and the health crowd get farther away from the middle.
It's none of my business what other people do with their body. If you want to look good and exercise then you will feel better about yourself and be healthy. If you don't, it's your choice.
Is everything a “culture”, now? lol
Haha yes I know I cringed having to say that on this question but it's the name of it so had to
Thought exactly the same thing
Well I hate men even more now.
Get rid if that dad bod as well!
Don't pick men who would be happy with a dad bod 😗
i think it's a better sentiment than "fuck it, let yourself go andget fat" culture that some people have after birth.
If every time you had a child your husband put on fourty lbs, would you be happy after having two or three children?
I don't care about my husbands weight
Is not wrong if this is what they want to do let them.
You see the PRT system get off your fat ass get going
Are you preggo?
Why all the fuss over what ANYBODY thinks?
Not at the moment. I just had a baby 3 months ago
Well, that would explain that.
Just do what's right and good for YOU and new new baby. Forget all the rest of that bullshit.
And make sure your man is king of his castle. Your kid needs a dad too.
Hopefully she bounces back within time, not very healthy keeping the extra pounds on for too long
It's actually good for breastfeeding to keep some weight so the baby will have fatty milk
Yeah I guess they can wait until they are done before losing it
any person who says yes: please sterilise yourself
Since most males on GaG are virgins I don't think you need to worry.
why wouldn't someone want to get back in shape? Im not understand
Cause there is no reason to pressure women into doing that If they are comfortable with their bodies
No one puts gin to your face and saya bounce back bounce back, i would leave her if she doesn't bounce back now thats pressuring, u think their husbands pressure them or is it goverment with guns outside their doorstep? Who is pressuring them is it doctors?
Having a baby is no excuse to let yourself go. However , the guy must stay in shape too.
It's better for the health of the mom and her relationship. Plus it sets a good example for the children.
If they want to maintain health for their babies, they should at least attempt to bounce back.
This is why I am so scared of pregnancy. i heard that you may loose all your teeth, hair etc
Never even heard of it.
It's a big thing with moms
My wife has two children and most of my friends have had 1-3 kids. If someone feels that pressure it is from dummies they shouldn't listen to or self compelled I suppose.
There’s no such thing as a bounce back culture. Nobody is shaming moms for gaining weight after pregnancy. Stop making crap up. It sounds more like people are jealous of women who DO bounce back.
I have been told by people that I do bounce back after having babies but them saying that makes me extremely uncomfortable like I'm just a value because of my body. It's wrong to expect that from women and also wrong to even care about it since mom's have bigger things to worry about besides how they look
Yea that’s fine, but that isn’t a culture. That’s just people commenting.
This is actually a "culture"? It seems completely bizarre.
No, they should bounce back.
If the guy is still doing the providing.
You should bounce back, but not immedietely. Take as much time as you need for this
A. That is so unnecessary.
They should take one day at a time.
I think after a year but both should remain in shape
Not as long as they keep the tits lol
True they turn into porn stats boobs after birth
Star*
Too true lmao 👍
You need at least a reasonable amount of bounce back for any decent man to want to get he pregnant again.
To be honest in my view its a balance workout for fitness and take care of baby both is important
Mom's should be free to choose...
they should do what they want to do
embrace your inner and outer mommy ;)
I voted A
First time I ever heard about this
hard enough on a woman, let her recoup at her pace
Who cares live your life
Its ok they will bounce back later
never heard of this
so she should just stay fat afterwards? sounds like most women’s plan anyways 🤣
Lol no woman plans to be fat after birth
Tbh I didn't feel fat at all after. I felt extremely sexy just hours after I gave birth
it was probably the epidural still messing u up then 😛😂
Nah even the nurses thought I was hot. They kept touching my coochie 😆
