They moved in with the guy who likely lovebombs them with fake promises to get access to sex, meals and a clean house. Nothing has changed. She's just his ''girlfriend'' by title and he's treating her like someone you never want anything serious beyond sex.
Then after 4+ years those girls want a family but Mr. Relaxer is still in Lalaland taking his time, got too comfortable and still manages to convince her to wait another 1-3 worthless years. Eventually those girls leave after realizing they've (besides sex) gained absolutely NOTHING. Any guy can give you pleasure and sex but few will actually take the plunge, risk it all and commit like a real man.

Plus biologically, no... we don't have that unlimited time men have for having kids. There is a limited timeframe.
