Why do guys normally hesitate to remove clothes in front of other guys while girls are bit open in presence of girls?

The fact that their body parts go inward not outward. You don't hear people making a big deal out of how deep a vagina is. Boobs is another thing but I think all sizes are generally accepted. Guys think penis size is the most important thing.
