Need help understanding female texting. Is there a good busy and a bad busy?

an old friend of mine (a lady friend) has texted back to me after I didn't respond to her for a long time (told her I was busy) and she said hopefully it is the good busy. When I clarified she said that’s good, and then When I asked about what she did recently, she said “a friend took her to an island on her birthday,” with an 🙂 emoji.

When I did wish her a happy birthday on her Facebook, I made a joke about not eating all the cake and she said thank you and replied with 😊🎂🎂🎂.

I am certain I am reading into it too much and it means nothing at all but I just want to know what it all means, especially the good and bad busy because the other stuff I can assume is just her being friendly/playful.

Sometimes people use I'm busy as a way to avoid someone. So her saying she hopes it was the good busy means she hopes you were not blowing her off and actually busy. So you could have said yeah I had x, y, z going on so I couldn't chat. Then she would've known you were genuine.
