Girls, being humiliated in school by girls?

Recently I was forced to attend a dance class in our school as a punishment from the principal for using sexist words against girls. The class was consisted of all girls me being the only boy and the girls hated me from the first minute especially the feminist instructor. But I wasn’t so bad after all, I was stepping all over girls’ feet on purpose acting like I am a beginner hoping that they would let me go. But later to my fear my elder sister showed up in the class after hearing about my punishment, actually being a friend of the instructor. She loves seeing me uncomfortable and suggested I should be dancing barefoot! (She knows how I hate being seen barefoot) Girls laughed and the instructor accepted it so they made me take off my shoes and socks for the rest of the class. I acted like I am not caring but I was really humiliated and the girls teased me about my bare feet throughout the lesson. And at the end of the lesson one of them even suggested I should go barefoot for the rest of the classes as well! And instructor said “haha maybe”.

Isn’t this very unfair to make me do it while they all wearing shoes? What should I do?

This does seem like cruel and unusual punishment but you shouldn't be sexist so I'm torn.

Yes this is a cruel punishment but does it mean I deserved it? What should I do to fix this?

They told me I must take the classes until the end of the semester. So what should I do if they ask me to remove my footwear again in the next class? Apologize for my previous behavior? But they weren't even there.
