Handsome compliment?

What is your take on the only compliment I get from women is that I look handsome? Does that mean I am attractive or not? Never really get called hot and or "sexy".

Usually when someone compliments me I ricochet them with a compliment of my own, now both of us are even XD

Handsome is a much better compliment than being called "sexy/hot", in my opinion

I think they mean it! Unless the tone of their voice or the way they look at you feels uncomfortable or uneasy. But if they're not acting weird or something, it's a nicer compliment than sexy or hot.
