Why do most women lie about their real age?

When young, they lie that they are older, so that they can drink, get into clubs, and date slightly older guys. When middle-aged, they tend to tell the truth about their age, shy not? When older, they lie about being younger... who likes getting old?

It could be for many reasons. They may lie that they are older to get into clubs or say they are younger in an attempt to be more appealing to the most amount of men. I dont think most women lie about their age though.

Exactly. Some guys treat women like objects and claim that a girl "hits the wall" after 25-30, that she can't have kids, or that she's been in too many relationships with guys etc. There is ageism in society towards women, so I could understand why some of them would lie...
