I’ve paid £20 to get something done and the lady told me she can book me over a week ago she told me she was ill. And then I asked her again she told me she would book me in she didn’t response and then I was watching her live video she told me to message her on Sunday about the booking so I did she told me she was hungover and asked if I was free Monday. I said yes and she didn’t reply do you think I should give a follow up message just to ask if she’s free today? Don’t know what to do tbh
