wouldn't they have caught my autism by now if I had it?

I don't know if I'm overthinking it I'm 24. My mom said I did everything on time and no one said anything about it.

I do have sometimes a hard time socializing and keeping convos going. I don't really have any other of the traits

Often in our life when some things don't work out we tend to find some problems or conditions or illness to match our current state in order to have something else to blame rather than ourselves.

I do have anxiety and depression too, I do tend to overthink. I thought I had a brain tumor for a while too. So I don't know lol.

Only you can control yourself and your thoughts. So if you start thinking more positively about yourself you may stop trying to find illnesses as an excuse.

Autism is exceedingly underdiagnosed in women along with ADHD and other forms of neurodiversity because there is far more emphasis on women to mask any differences from the norm.
